• 14-Day Window: You can return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Only products that are unused and sealed in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is on you (unless it was our mistake). Your original shipping fee is non-refundable.

• Refund Limit: We allow only 1 refund per product per customer.

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

• Final Sale Items: Any products on sale, marked "final sale," tweezers and lip glazes are final sale.
