- 14-Day Window: You can return unopened products within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Only products that are unused and sealed in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is on you. Your original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Refund Limit: We allow only 1 refund per product per customer.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Final Sale Items: Any products on sale, marked "final sale," tweezers and lip glazes are final sale.
